Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 5–8 business days. Please note that this is an estimated time and may vary depending on the delivery location and possible customs delays. The total time from order placement to receiving the package is 6–10 business days.

Delivery options

We offer standard free delivery. There are no additional shipping options.

Shipment tracking

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving the package at: info@luzdu.com for further instructions regarding the return.
