Return and refund policy
At Luzdu, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions below.

Returns
You can return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returns must be in original condition and include original packaging and labels.

Refunds
Returns will be processed to the original payment method after receiving and processing the returned product. We do not charge a handling fee. We strive to process returns within 10 business days of receiving the product, but this time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs
The customer bears the shipping costs related to the product return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
